PRIVACY OF PERSONAL DATA

As STAR KITCHEN and FURNITURE ACCESSORIES IND. TRADE. INC., we are pleased with your visit to our website and your interest in our company, products and services. You may be sharing your personal data with us due to your visit to our website and the transactions you have made through the site. Your personal data that you transfer to us and that we record during your visit to our website is protected with maximum attention and care and is processed in accordance with the data security rules in force. Our website may also contain links to websites of other servers that do not have a data security statement.

CLARIFICATION TEXT ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Pursuant to Article 10 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("KVKK") titled 'Disclosure Obligation of the Data Controller', our company STAR KITCHEN and FURNITURE ACCESSORIES IND. TRADE. INC. ("STARAX"), which is the data controller, has the obligation to inform data subjects about the identity of the data controller, the purposes of processing personal data, the persons to whom personal data are transferred and the purposes of transfer, the legal reasons and methods of collecting personal data, and the rights listed in Article 11 of the KVKK that the personal data owner will direct to the data controller.

Pursuant to this article, this Clarification Text has been prepared for the purpose of informing you, the data subjects, pursuant to Article 10 of the KVKK.

a. Identity of the Data Controller:

In Article 3/1 (ı) of the KVKK, the data controller is defined as 'the natural or legal persons who determine the purposes and means of processing personal data and are responsible for the establishment and management of the data recording system'. Article 10/1 (a) of the KVKK, titled 'Disclosure Obligation of the Data Controller', also imposed the obligation to provide information to the data subject about the identity of the data controller.

STARAX may have the title of 'data controller' within the scope of the KVKK due to your personal data that you share with us both on this website and in other media. In this context, the 'identity of the data controller' is STAR KITCHEN and FURNITURE ACCESSORIES IND. TRADE. INC., which was established as a Limited company in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, and the company headquarters is located at Velimeşe O.S.B. Mh. 236.Sk. No:18 Ergene 59930 Tekirdağ - TURKEY.

b. Purposes of Processing Personal Data:

Your Personal Data is processed in accordance with the personal data processing principles specified in Article 4 of the KVKK, based on one or more of the personal data processing conditions specified in Article 5 of the KVKK. In all personal data processing activities carried out by STAR KITCHEN and FURNITURE ACCESSORIES IND. TRADE. INC., actions are taken in accordance with the obligations required in all relevant legislation, especially the KVKK.

The purposes of processing your personal data are, within the scope of personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK, to carry out the necessary work by our business units to enable you to benefit from the products and services offered by our Company; to improve, develop, diversify the products and services offered by our Company and to customize them according to your taste, usage habits and needs; to ensure the legal and commercial security of our Company and people who are in a business relationship with our Company; to conduct necessary quality and standard audits and to determine and implement our Company's commercial and business strategies. c. To Whom and For What Purpose the Processed Personal Data Can Be Transferred:

Your collected personal data may be transferred to our business partners, suppliers, shareholders, legally authorized public institutions and private individuals, limited to the purposes specified in the STAR KITCHEN and FURNITURE ACCESSORIES IND. TRADE. INC. Personal Data Processing and Protection Policy, which you can access at www.starax.com.tr, within the framework of personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, for the purposes of carrying out the necessary work by our business units to enable you to benefit from the products and services offered by our Company; improving, developing, diversifying the products and services offered by our Company and customizing them according to your taste, usage habits and needs; ensuring the legal and commercial security of our Company and people who are in a business relationship with our Company; conducting necessary quality and standard audits and determining and implementing our Company's commercial and business strategies.

d. Method and Legal Basis for Collecting Your Personal Data:

Your personal data is collected by our company STAR KITCHEN and FURNITURE ACCESSORIES IND. TRADE. INC. through different channels and in accordance with the laws, including but not limited to the records you make with the use of this website for the purpose of carrying out our commercial activities, all kinds of information forms, surveys, job application forms, employment contracts, social media applications, call centers and contracts you have concluded with our Company. Your personal data can also be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in this Clarification Text within the scope of personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.

e. Rights of the Personal Data Owner:

As personal data owners, you can submit your requests regarding your rights to us via the methods regulated in the STAR KITCHEN and FURNITURE ACCESSORIES IND. TRADE. INC. Personal Data Processing and Protection Policy, which has been shared with the public at www.starax.com.tr. STAR KITCHEN and FURNITURE ACCESSORIES IND. TRADE. INC. will finalize the request free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty (30) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.

In case the provision of the information you request from our company regarding your Personal Data requires an additional cost, this information will be provided on the condition that the fee specified in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board is paid. The rights that natural persons whose personal data are processed have pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK are as follows:

  • Learning whether personal data is being processed,
  • Requesting information if personal data has been processed,
  • Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
  • Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred at home or abroad,
  • Requesting the correction of personal data in case it is processed incompletely or inaccurately and requesting that the transaction made in this context be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
  • Although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the KVKK and other relevant laws, requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing disappear, and requesting that the transaction carried out in this context be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
  • Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
  • Requesting compensation for the damage in case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data.

SELECTION OPTIONS

Without prejudice to what we record due to legal obligations and our contractual relationships, we want to use your personal data to inform you about our products and services. It is at your initiative to allow us to use your Personal Data for this purpose, and if you do not consent or wish to withdraw the consents you have given before, your information will be closed to access and its use for these purposes will be terminated.
