EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT AT STARAX

It is believed that education is a factor increasing productivity at work as STARAX family, is necessary and beneficial for personnel at all levels.

Our employees are not just a production factor for us, they are a member of the STARAX family. For this reason, continuous personal development of our employees is ensured through trainings.

WORKING HOURS

Working hours for STARAX employees is between 08:30-18:30, 5 days a week. Shift work is carried out in our production departments in accordance with the provisions of the Labor Law. Shifts and hours determined by STARAX management are regularly notified to our employees.
Shift system is not applied in all production departments and in practiced departments it is;
1.Shift : 08:30-18:30
2.Shift : 22:30 - 08:30 is determined and labor law working conditions are complied with.

FOOD AND CAFETERIA SERVICES

All our employees are provided with dining hall and cafeteria services.

TRANSPORT

Arrival and departure of our employees to the workplace is provided by a service organization.

WORK HEALTH

Workplace Doctor - Infirmary service is offered for daily health problems they may experience at work. Also we ensure that they receive service under more favorable conditions in the Private Hospitals we have contract with.

BONUS

If STARAX employees complete their two month trial period, the bonus determined by the company policy is paid.

GIFT SHOPPING CARD

STARAX employees are entitled to receive gift shopping cards in the periods and amounts determined by the company policy.

MARRIAGE ASSISTANCE

If STARAX employees get married, they are entitled to receive marriage assistance from our company.

BIRTH ASSISTANCE

STARAX employees are entitled to birth assistance from our company when they have or adopt a newborn baby.

MILITARY ASSISTANCE

STARAX employee who has been recruited due to regular military service is entitled to receive military assistance from our company.

PAID DEATH LEAVE

In addition to the paid leave given in the event of the death of the relatives of the employees specified in the Labor Law, STARAX also offers the right of paid leave in case of the death of the parents of the spouses of the employees.
